What happens if I exceed the included shipments?
Choose the smallest plan that covers your normal months. For peak months there are extra packs: €40 per 500 shipments.
Can I use my own carrier contracts?
Yes. The contracts stay yours: you pay the carrier the rate you negotiated, and shipment invoicing happens directly between you and the carrier.
How does the annual discount work?
With annual payment you get 20% off the plan’s subscription fee.
How much does an SMS cost?
The cost depends on the plan: €0.10 per SMS on Start, €0.08 on Growth, €0.06 on Pro and €0.05 on Scale.
Can I change plan?
Yes, you can move to a higher plan as your shipments grow, with no penalties.
